Privacy Policy

1. Data You Submit

When you use ATSGuard, you submit a job description and your resume text. This text is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis. We do not store your resume text or job description on our servers permanently. The data is processed in real-time and discarded after the response is returned to you.

2. No Account Required

ATSGuard does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information to use the free scan feature.

3. Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to track your free-scan usage and your paid access. The following keys may be set on your device:

• atsguard_free_used — whether you have used your free scan.
• atsguard_license — a cryptographically signed license token issued after a successful payment. It does not contain your email, name, or card details.
• atsguard_paid_email — the email you entered at checkout, stored locally so we can pre-fill your receipt address on this device. It is never sent back to our servers after checkout.

All three stay on your device and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Removing them will revoke paid access on that device until you re-enter your license or contact support.

4. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated page view data (pages visited, referrer, approximate geography). No personal identifiers are collected. Vercel's privacy policy applies: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Advertising

We display Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies. Your email address provided during payment may be used to send a payment receipt.
