Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free First Scan
ATSGuard offers one free ATS scan without payment. You can use this free scan to fully evaluate the service before purchasing. We strongly recommend running your free scan before making any payment.
2. Paid Plan — ₹1,499 One-Time
The paid plan grants unlimited ATS scans on a single device via a license key stored in your browser's local storage. It is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring billing.
3. 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with ATSGuard for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original payment. Email your payment ID (shown after checkout and in your Razorpay receipt) to 31nathbikram@gmail.com with the subject line “ATSGuard Refund Request”.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, the license on your device will no longer be honored for new scans.
4. After 7 Days
Refunds are not offered after the 7-day window except in cases of genuine technical failure where ATSGuard was unable to deliver any scans during your ownership. In such cases, email us at 31nathbikram@gmail.com with details and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation
Because ATSGuard is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Your access remains active on your device as long as the license token is present in local storage. Clearing your browser storage will revoke access on that device.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. In almost all cases we can resolve issues directly and faster than the chargeback process.
