1. Service Description

ATSGuard provides an AI-powered resume analysis tool that scores your resume against a job description, identifies missing keywords, and suggests improvements. Results are generated by AI and are informational only.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use ATSGuard to analyze your own resume for personal job search purposes. You may not:

• Use ATSGuard for commercial resale or API access without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Submit malicious content or attempt to exploit the API

3. Payment and Refunds

The one-time payment of ₹1,499 grants lifetime access to unlimited scans. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service did not work as described. Contact 31nathbikram@gmail.com with your payment ID.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

ATSGuard does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. AI analysis is a tool to improve your resume, not a guarantee of success. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and how you apply the suggestions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that ATSGuard will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated suggestions will match any specific employer's ATS configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSGuard's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
